Offering for your
selection this unique Art Nouveau Amethyst Scarce Carnival Glass Grape Water Carafe by Imperial Glass Company ~ 1912. This carafe has nice shape with molded grapes and leaves. Superb iridescent coloring and fuming to the carnival glass. The ice blue coloring is magnificent in person ~ Made in United States with High Style Design of the Victorian
Period.
Measurements: 8 1/2″ Ht. x 3″ Dia. at opening x 5 1/2″ Overall Dia. x 2 3/4″ Dia. at footed base. Unmarked pictured and referenced in most Carnival, Depression Glass and Elegant Glass Books. The white spots and glare in some pictures is from my intense photo lites, this not damage to carafe. N
o chips, cracks or restorations, straw marks in making as seen on bottom of carafe, this not a crack. Minute scratches on some surfaces from use. Check my Ebay Store for more interesting and unusual items.
