Description
Beautiful wooden ware on this vintage Torah Roller/Atzei Chaim, which at one time held the sacred Torah Scrolls. Amazing workmanship in rich wood with Hebrew writing atop this roller. It may never hold a Torah scroll again but is a lovely piece of the Jewish History and I’m hoping they find a deserving home.
Measure: 26″ wide/66 cm area long, but between where scrolls would be placed is 16″/41cm. This Atzei Chaim were purchased from an antique store in SW Michigan and is a single roller, not a pair. Please see photo’s as due to age and wear it has some missing pieces that once adorned it.
